The Greater Illinois Chapter invites you to attend a free, two-part educational series for people who have been newly diagnosed with MS--or who have first-time questions about their MS--at UIC Hospital in Chicago, beginning Thursday, April 5!

Success with MSThis is an evening event. We'll meet at UIC Hospital for two consecutive Thursdays. We ask that you attend both sessions. Light refreshments will be provided.

What: Success with MS (Educational Series for Newly Diagnosed)

When: Thursday, April 5, and Thursday, April 12, 2012
6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.both days

Where: UIC Hospital, 1740 West Taylor Street, Chicago, IL 60612. Meet in Room 1136.
