MS AWARENESS WEEK IS MARCH 11 - 17

MS Awareness Week is an opportunity to spread awareness about multiple sclerosis throughout the state -  from the latest research to fundraising events happening in your community. During MS Awareness Week and throughout the month of March, there will be plenty of opportunities to Join the Movement and help improve the lives of more than 20,000 people and their families affected by MS in Illinois.

Don't Fall for It - Keep Your Balance:  Understand the common causes for MS imbalance and falls; learn how to minimize your risk of falling and gain practical tips and strategies for making your environment safer.

MS Open House will be in Pontiac on Tuesday, March 12. It is an opportunity in your own community to learn about multiple sclerosis and discover the many programs, services, volunteer opportunities, events, and support resources available through the National MS Society, Greater Illinois Chapter for persons living with MS and their families.

MEETING THE CHALLENGES: PROVIDING SUPPORT THROUGH PROBLEM SOLVING

Meeting the Challenges is for care partners - those who love and support someone living with MS. The program consists of 5 sessions. Each session is 2 hours in length and is led by a professional O.T.
