The Greater Illinois Chapter invites you to attend a special MS Wellness Summit to learn how to keep wellness at the forefront of your day. The summit will take place on Saturday, June 30, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. in Rooms C & D at Palos Health & Fitness Center in Orland Park. 

Experts including Rob Motl, PhD, University of Illinois, Kim McClintic, MS, RD, OSF Healthcare, Erin Kennedy, MS, PT, OSF Healthcare, and Atsuko Cummins, Tai Chi Instructor, Taoist Tai Chi Society will help people living with MS and their families develop more confidence in their abilities to understand and learn about wellness with MS through research, nutrition, exercise, and gentle moments.
