Managing Pain and Sleep Issues in MS Part 2 - Sleep Issues in Multiple Sclerosis
Everyone needs quality sleep to maintain good health and feel productive. Sleep disorders can be an added barrier to quality of life for people with MS, in addition to fatigue, pain, and many other symptoms.
ARE YOU REGISTERED FOR BIKE MS?
Come be a part of Bike MS: Tour de Farms and get ready for the ride of your life. Whether you’re new to Bike MS or ride every year, together we will raise money, have fun, and make a difference in the lives of people living with MS.
We offer two days of rides, ranging from 15-200 miles, each offering a combination of beautiful scenery, outstanding people and of course, a great cause. Whichever day you choose to ride, it will be the most rewarding journey you’ll ever make.
We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks for your participation in Walk MS 2013 on Sunday, May 5. You joined more than 12,000 people walking at 11 official Walk MS sites and three community walk locations throughout Illinois. Together, we've raised more than $2 million for the Movement to End MS - that's more than two-thirds of our Walk MS 2013 fundraising goal of $2.73 million!*
*Don't forget, fundraising continues through September 30, with a June 30 deadline to earn prizes!

"I RIDE WITH MS"
“I Ride with MS” is a mission-based program that is a part of the National MS Society’s Bike MS series that celebrates participating cyclists who are living with multiple sclerosis (MS). By providing visibility to riders living with MS, “I Ride with MS” personalizes the disease, and more strongly connects all cyclists, inspiring and empowering them to pedal a bit harder along their journeys. Bike MS consists of 100 cycling events across the country that aim to raise money for MS research and other services supported by the Society.
Genzyme, a Sanofi Company, is committed to supporting the MS community and is proud to sponsor the “I Ride with MS” program through its MS One to One program. To see if an “I Ride with MS” event is happening in your area, please visit the Society’s Bike MS website.
